I Am Commitment Too
In the practice of centering…
Something I learned from the Strozzi Institute, we are checking into our bodies to feel what is there.
We might be feeling how our spine feels aligned, caved or over efforting. We may scan the right side of the body and the left. We may focus our awareness inside our animal skin, or how the skin touches our clothes and the temperature of the air. There are a number of ways we can scan and explore what lies in the interior.
The inner space of our intelligence.
To continue this exploration, we may center our values. Remember what matters most as we center inside, we are familiarizing ourselves with a sacred and unique part of ourselves and coming home to what is already there, and may have been lost somehow. A place inside our heart and our deepest care lies. This helps us communicate more clearly and support ourselves In ways that are empowered and free from unconscious ways we follow ideas and ways that were never ours to begin with.
When you tap into this alignment practice, Ask yourself…
What do I value most?
What am I committed to?
