In my practice, I integrate RTT with somatic coaching to provide a holistic approach to transformation. This combination allows clients to not only reprogram their unconscious patterns but also to reconnect with their body, grounding their new beliefs and insights in physical, spiritual and emotional awareness. Somatic coaching compliments RTT by helping us embody new patterns while gaining a greater capacity to think in fresh ways. Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a special kind of therapy created by Marisa Peer, an internationally known therapist who has helped make amazing improvements in the field of transformation, hypnotherapy and therapy over a 30-year career.
RTT combines the best ideas from different types of therapy like Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. This mix helps people see the root cause of their problems and with greater insight, change with skillful action.

We will meet for 30 minutes to discuss your needs and goals. You’ll be instantly connected to a supportive environment where your transformation begins. Once you complete your sessions, you’ll have ongoing support to help you along your journey and achieve the best results.
My suggestion for lasting trauma change is typically 6-9 months. 3 month packages begin with three 90 minute sessions, 3 30 minute sessions, and 3 20 minute sessions. This will orient you to feeling a sense of confidence with the process and your capacity to make the changes you wish to see in your life.
