Already Whole

Isn’t it amazing how a scrape, cut or a bruise when it is cared for changes rapidly in a day?  We as living beings are not inert, disconnected or fixed.  We are constantly changing and responding and adapting to environmental conditions.

We are whole and by design have the capacity to heal.

Humans are also survivors, when things get challenging we respond to conditions with conscious and unconscious efforts to protect, maintain and organize ourselves so that we can remain comfortable.

In contrast to the ways we adapt because it is necessary to our survival, we can grow new habits and neural pathways that assist us in a greater state of healing.  It is possible to consciously fine tune our attention to what is naturally happening within us, and yield to our true nature. Growth simply happens when we step into our lives with an understanding or awareness.  A deeper recognition that we are meant to live whole fulfilling lives. By essentially remembering who we are and how we were exquisitely designed.

This image was shown on public television of a mandala that was naturally formed by a fish in order to allure its mate.  It is noticeably organized, and not chaotic, and it is not random. There is clarity and intention to make a beautiful design to attract a mate.  In other words a fish is aware and conscious that it is making a design to create a result.  This is consciousness manifesting itself – an intentional organism by design.  A bonafide mandala, fine tuned image to perfection according to  Dr. David Perez-Martinez.

In our next blog we will explore the different ways we can accentuate our healing potential.
