Nourish Your Radiance

Attuning to the food that is aligned best for your own body can be so complicated. Its not just about the food you choose, the amounts, and combinations of the foods, but also about how you are feeling and showing up for yourself. It takes patience, care and deep listening to understand what is best for you in each moment.

I am aware of how full life can be, that makes it even more challenging to hear these gentle, quiet songs of the heart and soul. How can you pay attention to another thing in life? With the burgeoning responsibilities for caring for self, family, friends, and community compounded with making time for the things you love and trials of making a living in a world where the cost of everything seems to be going up; adds to feelings of overwhelm and sugar cravings.

All the conflicting information about food and health makes it even more confusing to know what to listen to.  One day we are told to eat lots of fresh veggies, and then you hear about doctor's promoting the Carnivore diet (eat only meat). Next you go out with your friend who just turned vegan and feels better than ever. How do you know which food is right for your body? Especially when your life is so full, busy, and overflowing with responsibility.....

Everybody's body is different, unique, and changing all the time as we age. What we need nutritionally shifts....And guess what.....Mixed with some sound nutritional guidance, your body is the one who has the answers about the right amount to eat and which food to choose in the moment. Its not a simple solution or another fad diet. It takes slowing down, making the time to listen and begin to understand the signals of your body to really hear that small voice inside that knows what is right for your body, heart, mind, and soul.

The upcoming Nourish Your Radiance program support this listening as together we:

• Take the time to really listen to and understand your body

• Align with the rhythms of nature where you can attune to the inner stirrings of mind, body, heart, and soul

• Eat real, whole, clean, farm grown foods with mindfulness.

• Lay down the seeds that you want to nurture this season and see burst into fruition

• Glean some sound nutritional support and guidance that centers your own body as the primary teacher

Living on an organic community farm; I am committed to growing healthy animals and vegetables that are in connection with the sun and grass. This sounds like a simple farm life, however it is more and more challenging to source healthy organic food that is grown in clean air, healthy soil, and not treated with toxic chemicals. Growing food keeps me connected to the earth and my own body. I invite you to join me for the upcoming retreat where we spend time creating fresh meals from the farm, immersing in the woods, gleaning support for one another, and attuning to our own well-being.

Sephirah supports and guides motivated people to heal from chronic inflammation, emotional eating, blood sugar imbalance and digestive distress through earth based integrative nutrition. She loves to bring people to her farm to connect to food, herbs, and animals, as well as self, earth and nurturing community. She teaches mindful eating while supporting individuals to find the right balance of macronutrients that is aligned with their individual body. Sephirah also leads anti-inflammatory protocols that promote healing from chronic pain, digestive upset, and autoimmune disease.
