Nourish & Flourish - Balancing Weight for Whole Body Vibrancy
Over the past couple weeks life has been full, busy and flowing along…I hope this finds you well and stepping into Spring, Eclipse Season and anything that lights you up!
Every Spring Jillian Abraham offers health transformations and this year she is super excited to be collaborating with another practitioner, yoga instructor and breathwork facilitator, Lindsey Scott.
As practitioners, community members and women, one common thread Jillian and Lindsey hear among their clients, family and friends is weight wellness. This is not just about wanting to shed a few winter pounds (but they can help with that too!).
This is about unhealthy and unwanted stubborn weight, weight gain during and after menopause (and perimenopause), water retention during your cycle, the inability to gain healthy weight leaving you feeling undernourished and weak, the rollercoaster of losing and gaining weight, the frustration and mental despair around body image and so much more.
What they have found is that most of us don't understand how the body works (do you know what your lymphatic system does and what your 4 major elimination pathways are?) and how hormones (chemical messengers that are way more than just testosterone and estrogen) affect our ability to lose or gain weight (as well as sleep, respond to stress and the health of our hair, skin and nails)
Together they have created Nourish and Flourish, a program that will help you understand that connection, what weight is and how to get to its root cause. What may be holding you back from feeling your best and most resilient self.
Wednesday at 7PM EST and Saturday at 10AM EST they will be hosting a free introductory session where you will learn all about weight, hormones and how to get to the root cause for positive long lasting change!
