Harmony Amidst Change: A Mindful Journey Through Vermont's Seasons

As we embrace the enchanting stick season in Vermont, I am filled with gratitude for the warmth of your readership and the vibrant community that surrounds me. The ever-changing weather mirrors the shifts within ourselves, a dance of snow, warm breezes, and occasional sunshine.
In the spirit of embracing change, I've navigated through emotions surrounding the upcoming holiday season, finding solace in acceptance and the support of an amazing community, mentors, and healers. It's a reminder that sometimes, the most profound growth emerges from the spaces we least expect.
Fresh from completing the transformative "Bridge the Body to the Soul" program with Michael Lee, I am invigorated to delve deeper into the intricate phases with my clients. Energized and brimming with vitality.
I've decided to embark on a 10-month journey with Marisa Peer to study Hypnotherapy.
The nuances of the mind, as I've discovered, play a pivotal role in our well-being, and I am excited to share these insights in the coming months.
The mind, a vast landscape beneath the surface, shapes our beliefs and drives our thoughts. Reflecting on the growth mindset, I've come to understand the importance of inner questioning, curiosity, and wonder. The mind is a powerful force, and being mindful of our thoughts is crucial. As Amanda Blake beautifully puts it, the body is the brain.
Beliefs often lie beneath the surface, influencing our thoughts and actions.
Satya, a limb of yoga, teaches us to align truth with our hearts.
This journey wasn't without its challenges, as I confronted my tendency to believe everything without discernment. Yoga and somatic practices became my guide, teaching me to navigate the depths of truth and authenticity.
Minding our minds is an essential practice. Recognizing that our thoughts are the architects of our reality, we must clear away the clutter that negative thoughts create in our psyche. Understanding the power of the inner critic, a common human experience, is the first step towards liberation.
