14 DAY SWEET SPOT TO SELF CARE
How would it feel to put YOURSELF
at the top of YOUR TO-DO LIST?
It is possible and I will teach you how!
Without the GUILT and in just a few minutes a day.
THE SWEET SPOT of SELF-CARE is a guided 14 day program to develop balance, reconnect with your body and prepare you for any challenges that come your way.
WHEN IT COMES TO SELF-CARE, HAVE YOU EVER ASKED YOURSELF?
Why am I always
last on the to-do
list?
MY APPROACH | WHAT YOU’LL LEARN | HOW IT WORKS
Where do I begin to
develop a self-care
practice?
How do I balance my
needs with the needs of others?
Why listen to me?
Over the past 30 years I’ve integrated the best of Eastern Philosophy, Somatics and Western Therapy practices for an accessible, holistic program for you.
Jennifer’s 30 years of collective work in mental health and education have informed this unique offering for professionals who are approaching burn-out and the effects of stress from their workplace. Jennifer has devoted the last 13 years to in-depth learning and practice in the fields of neuropsychology, somatics, trauma-based therapy, and mindfulness.
The Sweet Spot of Self-Care is a combination of Eastern, Western and Somatic practices.
WESTERN THERAPY
As a licensed therapist I’ve
received the equivalent of two Masters Degrees and years
of additional training.
FEEL BETTER IMMEDIATELY
AWARENESS
CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER
We instinctively protect our tender
spots with protective layers around us that leave us feeling disconnected from our inner resources and greatest wisdom.
14 DAYS OF SELF CARE
MY APPROACH:
EASTERN PHILOSOPHY
My 15 years of experience with
Eastern practices enhances my therapy and focuses on connecting with the world at a universal level.
Ready to get started?
Moving the center of learning
from the head into the body
to access your mental, spiritual
and physical intelligence.
This 14 Day Course combines Somatics with self-care practices that better prepare you for life challenges.
OVER 14 DAYS YOU’LL LEARN HOW TO:
Discover the power of
your creative conscious
mind and harness it for
greater well being.
TAKE BACK CONTROL
Use techniques
you may have
‘sensed’ but did not
fully understand.
ACCEPTANCE
Each exercise acknowledges and
builds the connection between our
feelings and the deeply held patterns in our tissues that are ready to be released.
SOMATICS
BUILD YOUR PRACTICE
Grow a supportive
practice that is
accessible at any
moment - at any place.
ACTION
Using a few minutes each day with a guided video and meditation we explore the connections at a physical, mental,
spiritual and emotional level.
HOW IT WORKS:
THE SWEET SPOT OF SELF-CARE is a 14 Day program that creates a foundation through three simple steps.
WHAT’S INSIDE?
• Video and audio lessons that you receive every day.
• Body movement instruction to release tension.
• Tools for better sleep and less stress.
• Daily journal prompts for assessment against goals.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PROGRAMS?
Having shifted my practice from western to eastern practices, I can tell you with absolute certainty, incorporating, mindfulness, embodiment, our whole intelligence to gain greater awareness leads to trusting in our innate capacity to heal.
Our emotions and experiences in life are deeply held in the body, awareness of this is life changing.

Here are some happy customers!
“There are a variety of ways Jen offers to view our inner landscape through movement, sitting practices, meditation, and guest speakers, Wow! In, really, a short amount of time and energy, there is a lot taken away from this self care series. “
- April
“I realize only this moment that my self care has centered on things that I want to do actively to achieve balance and peace rather than just being and relying on my body to inform self care. Adaptation is such an important concept to understand and to respect.”
- R.F.S.
“I love the reminder that daily mindfulness/meditation practice is like exercising a muscle that brings us the gifts of being more likely to maintain composure, act from a place of care, and access compassion and empathy more readily in everyday situations. Thank you for that.”
- Amy
