Thanks For Checking Out Our Retreat!

Thank you for your interest in our Autumn's Inner Radiance: Navigating Layers of Transformation for Professional Women

We are excited to share with you this transformative journey, curated specifically for professional women. This two-day retreat is filled with the tools you need to rekindle your inner spirit and replenish your healing energy.

Giving yourself the gift of Rest
and Restoration

In the race to excel professionally and personally, hard-working women often face the challenge of relentless stress and burnout. Life's demands can dull your inherent vibrancy, replacing it with fatigue and a lingering sense of disconnection from your true self.

Our retreat, 'Autumn’s Inner Radiance', directly addresses these issues. It's designed to peel away the layers of expectation and habit that obscure your inner wisdom, helping you to live more consciously and connect with your innate compassion in the present moment.

Here is What We Have In Mind

Let's reclaim the openness to possibility. This two-day journey is about empowering you to remember and reinforce the natural goodness within, enabling you to embrace life with renewed enthusiasm and resilience, and to respond to challenges with a calm, kindness rooted in your deepest self.

Imagine being surrounded by like-minded professionals who share similar experiences and understand the unique demands of juggling it all. As you step into this retreat, you'll be greeted with warmth and understanding, instantly feeling a sense of belonging.

During this two-day journey, you'll engage in transformative practices carefully curated to address the specific needs of woman and habits of overdoing. We'll guide you through the soothing breath practices, somatic experiments, movement, and journaling allowing your mind to enter a state of profound relaxation, relieving the accumulated stress and tension.

Through Somatic Movement, you'll learn to reconnect with your body, releasing physical and emotional blockages that may have built up over time. As you move mindfully, you'll rediscover the joy of inhabiting your body, feeling rejuvenated and more in touch with yourself.

During this retreat you'll be reminded of the importance of self-compassion, and how taking care of yourself isn't a luxury but a necessity to continue being the nurturing force you are for others. You will leave with the tools of living off the Mat intentionally, Integrating a plan just for you.

Why do we offer this retreat?

Because we've witnessed the incredible transformations that occur when women come together to nurture themselves in the sacred act of being present and taking time.

We believe that when you invest time in your own well-being, you become an even greater source of healing and support for those around you.

So, if you're feeling like you are juggling, moving too fast, and teetering on shakey ground, if you're yearning for a safe space to recharge and reconnect with yourself, then this retreat is exactly what you need.

Take this opportunity to prioritize your own self-care, to be supported and understood, and to return to your work with a renewed sense of purpose and energy.

Thank you for your interest in this transformative experience, designed to help you shine even brighter as the nurturing soul you are. We look forward to having you join us on this journey of healing, growth, and renewal. Together, let's move through the layers and accept the inner radiance that resides within.

Testimonials

  • Joanne F.

Over many years, I continue to benefit from Jennifer’s spiritual retreats and yoga practices. She is positive, caring, compassionate, and highly experienced. My journey to cultivate inner peace has been influenced by Jen's sharing her knowledge of a variety of different healing modalities. She encourages me to tune into my mind-body connection and my own innate wisdom.

Jennifer continues to be a great resource in my life, and I would highly recommend her for retreats, yoga, or therapy sessions.

  • Ray D.

Jen Degen is a very compassionate and effective therapist; she is also a great yoga instructor and conducts wonderful yoga retreats in beautiful locations in Costa Rica. Jen utilizes the somatic approach, emphasizing the body-mind connection and how we often hold our emotions in our physical bodies, almost at the cellular level. I would recommend her services for those who find life's challenges to be difficult and/or overwhelming at times.

  • Sally K.

Jen Degen is a talented and approachable mental health professional whom I've known for over 15 years. In each context I've had the pleasure to interact with her- attending her yoga classes, being fellow members of a community-wide network of health care practitioners, collaborating one on one to plan and present a retreat series together, I've witnessed the integrity of Jen's embodied wisdom, joy and presence. Through her attention, thoughtful questions and unattached energy, I and others have been helped by Jen to live our lives from a place of increased clarity and compassion. I recommend her to anyone wanting assistance in clearing the murkiness of any variety of situations. As well as listening, reflecting, and exploring with you in person or virtually, Jen gives thoughts and tools to use in your time on your own. Her years of experience in the field of somatic therapy show in her perceptive presence and empowerment of those blessed in seeking out her wisdom.
